Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to schedule an appointment. The deposit will be used as a guarantee for your appointment. We accept deposit via, cash, card or bank transfer we will ask you what method is best once your appointment time has been confirmed by one of our team.
Please note deposits are non-refundable. Should you not show up, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or cancel/reschedule without 72 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to make a new booking a new deposit will be requested.
Deposits will be applied towards the cost of your service.
If 2 appointments are missed, canceled, or rescheduled, payment in full for services scheduled will be due prior to the scheduling another appointment and such payment will be subject to the same terms of forfeit for no show, cancellation or rescheduling as listed above. There are no exceptions to these policies.
Your first Enhancement Session is complimentary. This should be scheduled between 4-8 weeks following your first session. Enhancement Sessions are typically booked during your first visit. This enhancement session is crucial for the best results. Additional Touch-Up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly. If you wish do not attend you follow up during the allocated period further top up appointments will be charged at the Colour refresh rate.
